to join our team which will be assigned in the projects of P.T. Nokia
Siemens Network.
TEAM ASSISTANT (Code: TA) Post Date: 15 Apr 09
Responsibilities :
Providing the highest and professional level of administrative
Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments
Planning, developing and implementing professional and accurately
filling system to ensure simple access to required documents
Taking minutes in any meetings required and preparing reports
Able to concept external business correspondences, and internal memos
and announcements concisely
Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device
urgency, function and needs
Liaison with other departments in updating issues, papers, memos, etc
Taking care of travel arrangement for Head Office, both domestic and
overseas trips
Requirements :
Female Min Diploma any major a reputable university
Minimal 1 year experience as Team Assistant/ Project Admin, Secretary
Demonstrate advanced verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skill and conscientious team worker
Computer literate on MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Full of Initiative, used to work with a minimal supervision
