FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR Post Date: 02 Jun 09

Requirements:

1. Graduated from Reputable University, majoring in Accounting.
Accountant Degree is preferable.
2. At least 2 years working experiences in Supervisory Level
3. Have knowledge in System Accounting Software and Taxes
4. Strong in Financial Statements Analysis
5. Strong Leadership Skill, good interpersonal and communication
6. Able to work under pressure, self motivation, detail in focus
7. Computer literate
8. Fluent in English both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and analyzing Financial Performance of the company and
business unit
2. Preparing monthly management report
3. Ensure implementation of corporate policies and assist in the
evelop of necessary program
4. Responsible for day-to-day accounting process and coordination
within Finance and Accounting Section (as check and execute Account
Receivable / Account Payable, manage daily transaction of AP, AR & GL,
assist all of key user in Finance & Accounting Department to running
the Accounting System)
5. Report to Finance Manager and together with Finance Manager do
review and solve the problem related to Finance & Accounting Section

    * Establish accounting functions for Indonesia Office

    * Manage accounts payable and receivables
    * Prepare operational budgets

    * Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations

Requirements:

    * University degree with an accounting qualification
    * Required skill(s): MS Office, Quickbook.
    * At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    * Applicants should be Indonesian citizens.
    * Fully operational in financial processes and analysis; and
    * Good time management, interpersonal and people management skills
    * Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must

   3. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards, taxation and labour regulations
   4. Solid working knowledge in Indonesian tax, custom and legal rules as well
   5. Mature, detail oriented and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
   6. Fluent command of both written and spoken English and

Requirements :

      Posses Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
    *
      Having at least 2 years experience as Chief Accountant preferably in multinational company. External auditor experience in big-4 audit firms is a plus.

      Can handle full set of Accounts including Budgeting
    *
      Familiar with SAP & Hyperion program, Well-versed in MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
    *
      Good in English, both written and spoken
    *
      Accurate, good Time-Management
    *
      Good in Presentation, Communication Skill & Leadership skill including mentoring, coaching and team-building
    *
      Understanding of SOx compliance is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILLITIES

Join an established E&P operating company to work on a gas development project offshore Southwest Vietnam in the Gulf of Thailand. The Project is currently in the final phases of Pre-FEED

The project will consist of a conventional, large Central Processing Platform with a Floating, Storage and Offloading (FSO) facility, 3 – 4 hubs and approximately 40 wellhead platforms over the project's anticipated field life of 20 years.

Job Responsibilities :-

The Project HR Business Partner will be responsible for key portions of the HR related issues for a large international capital project including participating in or leading the following efforts:

    * Developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures

    * Managing recruitment efforts for a significant number of employees & contractors as the project ramps up for FEED

    * Managing staffing services contracts

    * Administration of Work Permits & Visas


Qualifications (Education, Work Experience, Language) :-

    * Degree in HR, Business Administration

    * 8+ years of HR experience in large international organization particularly in oil & gas business

    * SE Asia regional experience is an advantage

    * Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The major tasks are the overall tax and management accounting
functions, including the daily accounting operation, tax and
management reporting
2. Responsible to manage and producing monthly and annual tax
reports (SSP, SPT Masa, Art. 15, 21, 23, 25, 29 & VAT)
3. Handling company's tax planning
4. Ensure the internal control process, budgeting and forecasting,
and as well as the cash flow management
5. Handle special projects on ad-hoc basis

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline and posses
qualified Accounting qualifications
2. Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experiences, preferrably

background
3. Familiar with Indonesian accounting standards, taxation and
labour regulations
4. Solid working knowledge in Indonesian tax, custom and legal rules as well

      Minimum S1 Accounting
    *
      Preferably with 2 years experience as Accounting
    *
      Experience on preparing Financial statement
    *
      Experience in handling GL & A/R, Vouching and reconciliation
    *
      Able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
    *
      Able to operation computer (Software Accounting is an advantage)
