Requirements:

Female or Male, 25 – 35 years old
*
Bachelor's Degree majoring Psychology
*
Having 4 years experiences in development & recruitment projects
*
Having 2 years experiences as Recruitment Supervisor
*
Hands an experience in conducting interviews, administration, psychological test, and prepare reports
*
Good in English & Computer
*
Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
