SECRETARY
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
SECRETARY Post Date: 23 Jun 09
Responsibilities:
* Assists in preparing proposals, reports, data, and research
* Attend some meetings, seminars, etc., to take notes, minutes, or
to provide information
* Performs standard office procedures, including scheduling
appointments, processing mail, answering phones
* Greets and screens visitors and telephone calls
* Files and retrieves records and correspondence
* Keeps sensitive material in confidence when requested
* Support marketing and sales activities if needed
Requirements:
* Minimum D3 Secretary with GPA min. 3.00 in the scale of 4
* Minimum 1 year experience as a secretary in corporate
* Good computer skill (MS. Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Good typing skill with 10 fingers (it's a must)
* Speak and write English fluently (it's a must)
* Good personality
* Good ability in multitasking

Minimum Senior High School and above, diploma preferred with
subject background mathematics or statistics

Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse

Computer Literate, very good in Ms.Excel

Familiar with SAP software (preferred)

English both oral and written
6.
Able to work in a team
7.
Able to cope with pressure
8.
Good attitude and manner
