HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (HR-A) Post Date: 13 Jun 09
1) Benefits Administration
Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs. Ensure equity
and uniform application of benefits policies. Monitor benefits
availability of all employees.
Conduct periodic benefits surveys, develop and recommend changes in
benefits package as deemed necessary to maintain the Company's
competitiveness in this area.
Process payroll and ensure well management by monitoring specific
payment items for employees. Prepare related statutory reports.
Investigate & resolve day-to-day concerns and questions regarding
compensation & benefits matters which are "within the policies".
3) Performance Management
Assist HR Manager to facilitate people development process to support
staffing, development and succession plan activities.
4) Training & Development
Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis, plan and coordinate employee
trainings. Prepare post-training and follow-thru evaluations to
measure effectiveness of training courses offered. Ensure that
logistics support in training is adequately provided.
Assist supervisors and managers in hiring highly qualified individuals
by coordinating with placement agencies, interviewing applicants, and
ensuring all recruitment procedures and requirements are complied
6) Personnel Information system
Update and maintain SAP R/3 system to support HR functions.
7) Industrial Relations
Support industrial relation issues of the Company – Employee -
Government. Coordinate with supervisors and managers to ensure proper
administration of Company policies, rules and regulations.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration from reputable
university preferably in Personnel/Human Resources Management,
Industrial Psychology or Law.
· At least holds 3 years related-experience.
· Has knowledge to handle expatriate/visa/immigration
arrangement, Tax PPh21, and labor law requirements.
· Fluent in English, excellent in Microsoft applications
especially Excel and Power Point.
· Possesses good organizational and interpersonal skill, high
motivation and discipline attitude, independent person but a team
· Familiar with remuneration survey will be an advantage.
