Back stopping/Marketing assistant Post Date: 29 Jun 09

Backstopping and Marketing activities in Indonesia

DHV is looking for a marketing assistant/back stopper. She/he will
provide support to the project director related to marketing
activities in Indonesia. The person will be based in Jakarta.

Scope of work

*
Prepare specific letters (Expression of Interest, Proposal
Submission Letters);
*
Search for projects opportunities in data banks and newspapers;
*
Administer CVs records + diplomas of experts;
*
Assist in production of proposals and coordination with
(international) experts local and elsewhere;
*
Update marketing materials (brochures, projects reference, presentations);
*
Liaise with marketing support staff of other companies (partners);
*
Attend pre-bid meetings with clients, prepare minutes of meetings.

Requirements

*
Active knowledge of excel and word, with a keen eye for lay out;
*
Excellent working knowledge of English Language, both writing
and speaking;
*
Alert and pro active working attitude;
*
Team worker;
*
Experience in consultancy/marketing or support staff/secretarial
activities is an advantage;
*
Background in marketing or communication is an advantage;
*
Minimum 3 years working experience after graduation.
