Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Human
Resource Department, Psychology or equivalent
2. Required Language : English is a must - Mandarin is an advantage
3. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field id
required for this position
4. Applicants must be willing to work in Purwakarta ( stayed in
factory's dormitory )
5. Full time positions available
6. All candidates must be achievers, having clarity of thought,
high sense of commitment, ready to work and contribute in teams,
willing to take challenges and responsibilty, energetic, enthusiastic
and fast learner
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all kind of HR & GA Activities such as prepare
and maintains company salary structure, job documentation, and job
evaluation systems
2. Keeping and maintaining annual leaves
3. Scheduled and reviewed training programs, develops job analysis
on all grade levels
4. Supervise and provide advice, assistance and follow-up on
company policies, procedures and documentation
5. Handling employee administration process
6. Supervise all handling recruitment process, contract employee
and all general affair and activities
