FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER Post Date: 07 May 09

Job Function :

*
Managing all finance, accountancy and taxation
*
Coordinating and controlling the compliance with current
taxation law on tax plans, calculation, reporting and payment
*
Planning, coordinating and controlling cashflow and SOA
*
Planning and coordinating budget preparation and engage budget control
*
Planning and coordinating ongoing development on financial and
accounting system and procedures and control its implementation
*
Planning and consolidate all aspect of taxation
*
Planning and managing financial analysis

Requirements :

*
Male / female
*
S-1 accountancy, preferable have experience 2 years in
managerial in shipping industry
*
Familiar with accounting system (MYOB)
*
Effective communication skill in English both oral and written
*
Familiar with standard accounting & taxation
*
Understand with treasury management
*
Good interpersonal and communication skill
