Responsibility
The job encompasses audits on internal administrative & operational control, management process, policies compliance, productivity and deception. Provide recommendation for improvement on internal control system, assets productivity & safeguarding, financial & operational efficiency, as well as organizational structure. Based in Surabaya.
Personal Profile:
*
The incumbent should have a minimum S-1 degree in accounting from a reputable university.
*
At least 8 years experience in internal auditing focused on managerial audits in the manufacturing industry with 4 years in managerial position.
*
Have strong internal control and tax knowledge.
*
Should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative.
*
Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure.
*
Highly result-oriented.
*
Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written.
*
Preferable Mandarin spoken.

Pria / wanita dengan usia maksimal 28 tahun.
2.
Belum menikah (dibuktikan dengan surat keterangan dari KUA/Catatan Sipil setempat) dan bersedia tidak menikah selama menjalani masa training.
3.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris dengan baik (aktif & pasif).
4.
Pendidikan minimal S1 PTN/PTS terakreditasi, dengan IPK minimal 3,00.
5.
Disiplin Ilmu : Akuntansi, berpengalaman dalam bidang auditor/akuntan publik.
6.
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Wilayah Kerja Bank BPD Kaltim (Surat Pernyataan di atas materai cukup).
7.

Reporting to the Finance & ADM Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting, finance, taxation and reporting function of the Company.
The candidate will be responsible to ensure timely financial and management reporting.
He is responsible for costing, performance review and analysis and cash flow management. The Candidate is also responsible to assist in operation management to improve efficiency and profitability and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

The successful candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
* Minimum Degree in Accounting from Good University Graduated(S.1), GPA min. 3
* Male
* Age Max 37 Years old
* Having experience in Accounting Min. 3 year especially from Manufacture and Distribution Company
* Having good knowledge in costing, general accounting, finance, budgeting and taxes.
* Understand with Accurate accounting software under enterprise version is an advantage
* Computer literate: windows application (word, excel, power point, etc)
* Understand in English min passive
* Able to work independently as well as a team
* Meticulous, Honesty, with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill and willing to work hard and also high responsibility
