Income Tax Manager
Income Tax Manager Post Date: 16 Apr 09
This position will report to VP Human Resources . This position is
responsible for managing effective income tax calculation,
reporting and analysis in the company to ensure its compliance with
the prevailing laws and regulations. The incumbent will work together
with Compensation and Benefit Manager and HR Directors to achieve
his/her goals.
The position is very challenging in that requires good personnel skill
and communication with other people. The position also requires solid
employee income tax knowledge and general tax law and accounting. The
position also requires ability to provide guidance/presentation to
location and to drive himself / herself to meet tax reporting deadline
with optimum accuracy.
Requirements
Education and working experience :
Í Graduation from recognized university (minimum GPA 3.00) with a
bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax Science
Í Hold Brevet A & B for taxation Course
Minimum experience required:
Í To be a successful candidate for this position, after
completing university, the candidate have at least 5 years working
experience in Tax Consulting companies or tax area in similar
business.
Í Preferably candidates with compensation and benefit management
exposure and knowledge in Human Resources Department
Knowledge, skills, and attitude requirements :
· Strong analytical and influencing skills are required to
identify business improvement opportunities and drive change.
· Excellent communication skill both verbal and written in
English and Indonesian
· Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
· Reliable person, proactive, open, honest and co-operative
· Able to maintain stable performance under tight schedule
· Familiar and able to work with Human Resource Information
system, MS Office, and SAP
