JOB TITLE : ASST. SALES MANAGER – HOSPITALITY CHANNEL
(Hotel, Resort, Project, etc.)
DEPARTMENT : SALES & MARKETING
REPORTS TO : SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER
a) Identify sales leads, achieve hospitality sales target and profitability set by management.
b) Constantly establishing new contacts, sales leads and sales avenues that contribute to company growth.
c) Prepare sales presentation to institutional buyers or decision makers on company background and product portfolio.
d) Identify and to penetrate into strategic hotels and to maintain continuous presence of company products
e) Compile, update regularly and maintain a complete list of hoteliers database for close follow-up.
f) To visit buyer regularly and to establish good relationship with them, also to ensure payments are promptly collected within company's policies and agreed term.
g) To report customers' feedback, to collect market information and competitors' activities
h) Identify and to develop new channels, for example, interior designers, service apartments, etc
i) Keep abreast of the latest trend and market development on bedding products.
j) To propose to management to develop, to upgrade existing products and launch new products according to customers needs and market trend
k) Work closely with relevant departments within company to resolve issues such as outstanding payments and customer's complaint.
l) Calculate costing and prepare price quotations for customers.
5. SALARY RANGE / BENEFITS

(a) Less than 40 years old
(b) Academic and professional qualifications :
- A tertiary education is essential.
(c) Working experience :
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in dealing with institutionals. Preferably in hospitality channel.
- Proven track record in institutional or project sales.
- Prepare costing and price quotation
(d) Required skills/abilities/qualities :
- Good interpersonal skill
- Good local knowledge of institutional buying behavior.
- Results driven.
- Must be able to calculate prices and prepare quotations.
- Good (written and verbal) communication skill especially in English
(e) Character/personality :
- Goal-getter especially in sales.
- Pleasant and enjoy working with different customers
- Can work independently.
(f) Special requirements :
- Frequent travel within Indonesia
- Must possess car.
- Good contacts with hotels and projects buyers.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
