BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ( OUTSOURCING OF FMCG MANUFACTURING OF
HEALTH / PHARMA / PERSONAL CARE & FMCG )

Our client is a contract manufacturer of consumer and healthcare
products. They operate three centers of excellence in Malaysia,
Thailand and Indonesia. They do not formulate or own any brands but
act as our business partners' manufacturing extension.

Due to the increasing importance of the Indonesia market, they are
urgently require senior professionals to support their sales
department in Business Development. Candidate will need to market and
coordinate with B to B business and develop the market.

Responsibilities :

*
To expand and create new business venture in local market
* Develop new business, product line extension and survey new
product from Principals.
* Create, monitor and execute new product development project with
customers.
* Organize and propose new ideas/concepts to customers following
market trends.
* Provide and update the market data for each category
* Sustain business growth by ensuring the implementation of the
strategy for each account to achieve the target

Requirement:

* Male / female
* Have at least 5 years experience in sales or business
development in related industry
*

Experience in sales and marketing especially in dealing/
handling corporate client
*

Have good knowledge in the consumer goods industry
* Fluent in English both conversation and writing with excellent
selling / presentation skills
* Exhibits strong analytical and business thinking
