MARS SYMBIOSCIENCE INDONESIA A Division of Mars Incorporated Company needs professional as Technical Development Manager (TDM) qualification : S1 degree. majoring teknik , teknik mesin criteria: Bachelor (S1), in Engineering, preferable from Mechanical background, and ideally 3 years line management experience or a proven track record in coaching and developing teams and individuals; Having extensive knowledge and experiences on managing design and development of process technology, research programs, as well as product and raw/packaging material development; Familiarity with qualification and validation principles and commissioning of plant is advantageous; Knowledge of GMP and food safety will be preferred; Good command in English both written and verbal, good PC skills, as well as AutoCAD skill is advantageous.. minimum experience 3 years experience
