Job Description
* Perform cash flow projections, and other financial statements
* Monitor budgets and all tax related issues
* Supplier negotiation, payment scheduling
* Planning and monitoring receipt and payment schedule
* Extensive experiences in recruitment, compensation and benefit, payroll, and implementation of HR systems and procedures
* Manages the system, policy and procedures for employee
* Provide project management
* Manage the implementation and deployment of the hotel information system
Candidate Personality Qualifications:
* Strong interpersonal skills and highly self motivated.
* Well developed oral and written communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
* Ability to learn new skills relatively fast.
* Strong desire and motivation to research and develop new ideas and features.
* Must be able to work within a team, yet to be able to work autonomously.
* Maximum 40 years old
Candidate Skills Qualifications:
* At least 7 years of experience in hotels and F&B industry
* Good teaching and communications skills, excellent management and leadership skills, energetic, hardworking, good personality.
* Knowledge Microsoft Office is a must.
* Degree in Finance or related to hospitality industries
* Expertise in English language fluently.
