We need 4 HRD Officer to handling recruitment, analyse and develop technical & non technical training, analyse, develop and coordinate talent management programs.

 


Requirements:

 

·        Bachelor or Graduate Degree in any discipline (Engineering or Psychology is preferred)

·        Experience in HR and performance management.

·        Experience to develop and delivering training program.

·        Experience to conduct psychological test and familiar with psychological tools.

·        Target oriented, analytical thinking, good communication skill, can work under pressure and  willing to travelling.

·        Strong organizational and leadership background.

·        Good communication skill, conceptual & analytical thinking.
