Accountabilities:

    *
      Manage personnel Jamsostek, payroll/overtime, attendance report, etc.
    *
      Responsible to support all human resources functions, personnel administration, compensation & benefit.
    *
      Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation & report.

Requirements:

    *
      Diploma / Degree in related discipline
    *
      Max. 30 years old
    *
      Minimum 2 years of experiences in Human Resource field
    *
      Detail Oriented
    *
      Good administration & documentation skills
    *
      Strong knowledge in Labor Legislation and Industrial Relation
    *
      Good in interpersonal skill, communication and negotiation skill
    *
      Able to work under pressure
    *
      Good in English, both oral and written
    *
      Excellent Computer literate
