Job Description
* Report to HR Manager.
* Handle recruitment for Senior Staff and International Staff, and supervising recruitment for other levels (supervisor and below).
* Handle recruitment for Production, Maintenance, Technical, HR, IT, Finance Accounting, R&D, Material Management, Sales, Trainees, and other functions.
* Ensure implementation of recruitment process at all level.
* Able to identify recruiting resources and create a long- and short- term plan.
* Coordination with C&B section for C&B Systems, includes salary structure, salary range and salary proposal.
* Coordination with PA and General Affairs (Accommodation, Transportation, Work Permit, and Policies).
* Coordination with Corporate Office for International Staff Recruitment, Recruitment Projects and Policies.
* Prepare Annual budget for recruitment.
Qualification
* S1 from HR/ Management/ Psychology.
* Minimum 30 years old.
* Computer literate, preferable has experience in SAP e-recruitment/ e-HR.
* Effective written and verbal communication in English.
* Has strong interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, selling and communication skills.
* Has ability to work effectively with the team and a wide range of diverse people.
* Has minimum 5 years experience in HR, with last 2 years in recruitment fields.
