Project Consultant-Procurement (Code: PCP)

 

Requirements:

    *
      Male/Female, age range 30-40
    *
      Graduate of a reputable university, major in Accounting/Finance with a GPA at least 3.00 in a scale of 4.00
    *
      3 to 5 years' working experience in consulting projects with Government, under the auspices of international funding organizations or relevant private sector
    *
      More than 5 years' working experience in financial operational audits as well as audit of internal control systems
    *
      Good knowledge of national procurement procedures and the related financial management system; and
    *
      Proficiency in written and spoken English
