Storage Solution Architect
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, documenting, and presenting storage solutions for new and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
v Interact with sales team
v Develop and design large scale storage or network solutions for customers

v Accompany sales personnel on customer visits to discuss requirements and to perform demonstrations
v Create technical marketing presentations on software, platform, and/or network issues and software vendors which Pioneer represents
v Work in coordination with customers and sales staff to resolve software, platform, and/or network design/configuration issues
v Calls on customer accounts with the sales staff and demonstrates and advises customers on software, platform, and/or network configurations and capabilities
v Provides technical training to sales personnel
v Responsible for advising and documenting the technical plan within the assigned account plan
v Excellent communications and analytical skills
v Perform self-study and certification testing
v Attend manufacturer sponsored training and events
v Participate in manufacturer sponsored beta tests
v Perform other duties as required
Required Skills:
Technical Experience:
v 5-8 years direct experience with Storage and Network infrastructures

Visual Merchandiser ( Display Artist )
Responsibilities:
* Set up VM direction plan according to Company's vision and mission,
* Develop general creative direction per marketing / merchandising campaign.
* Approval on final execution manual for VM treatment to stores.
* Manage and co-ordinate with external department/divisions/agencies (Advertising & Promotion, Merchandising, Store Operation, Store Development, etc.) in order to have single concept & message approach to any in-store communication and planning for store opening and renovation activities.
* Manpower management: training and exposure of new skill, in order to keep the department ahead in the innovative and creative related to the present condition of company needs for VM services.
* Giving indirect impact to sales where merchandise displayed attractively and promoted in the stores according to the direction and concept given by VM head office.
* Provide "silent" customer service by setting the merchandise display standards and guidelines for shopping comfort.
Requirements:
* Male/female, max 40 years old
* Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in Architect/Interior design/Graphic Design/Visual Communication Design
* Minimum 5 years' VM management experience including at least 5 years in managerial level in Retail Companies.
* Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen
* Able to operate software programs; freehand, 3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator & Mac.

Requirements :

Male/ Female, age 25-40 years old.

Willing to be assigned in Surabaya, residents of Surabaya and the nearby cities are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor / Master Degree in Computer Graphic - Multimedia from a reputable University, preferably from overseas university.

Has strong background and experienced in Multimedia field, advertising and other related field.

Min 2 years experience in the same field.

Fluency in English is a MUST.

Have a good interpersonal and communication skill.

Have a strong leadership attitude, systematic and analytical thinking.
