Sr. Accountant and Finance Officer (SAFO) Post Date: 10 Feb 09
Duties and responsibilities :
* Assist Financial Controller in daily routine tasks.
* Review monthly financial statements.
* Review monthly tax reports.
* Review tax reconciliations.
* Supervise daily finance and accounting functions.
* Prepare cash flows .
* Develop management report.
* Ad hoc project.
Job Requirements :
* Graduate from Accountancy with min GPA.3,0.
* Min experience 4-5 years.
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft office (particularly Word & Excel).
* Has knowledge of tax regulation.
* Meticulous and accurate.
* Has ability to use own initiative and capable of working independently.
* Excellent communication skills and fluent in written & spoken English.
* Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.

Responsibilities:
* Manage all finance, accounting and treasury operations
* Responsible for an accurate and timely financial reports and various ad-hoc reports, both for internal and external consumptions
* Responsible for financial planning, analysis and control
* Review internal control system regularly and seek for improvement
* Manage relationship and communication with external parties (i.e. banks, tax office, Stock Exchange, etc.) without compromising confidentiality of information
* Ensure compliance with local tax, accounting regulations and bank requirements
Requirements:
* Male max 40 years old
* Minimum university (S1) degree majoring in Accounting/Finance from good reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75 out of 4.00
* Minimum working experience in Finance & Accounting role for 5 years (in managerial level), preferably in plantation or telecom or mining industry
* Strong background in financial, accounting, taxation and risk management
* Has strong leadership skill, good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills
* Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risks
* Fluent in English both verbal and written is preferable
* Preferably having experience in working with Public Accountant Firm
* Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized accounting system
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Willing to travel around Indonesia
